GB2RS News available from the TX Factor
The guys at TX Factor have been busy. On top of their scheduled TX Factor programming, they are now providing GB2RS audio files which may be streamed or downloaded directly from their site.
TX News is available from midday each Saturday via the TX Factors iTunes audio repository here, and is available in the popular and easy to use mp3 format.
So if you missed the RSGB’s on-air GB2RS bulletin then you need not to worry as it will always be available via the link above.
TX Factor – A success in the making for Amateur Radio
For those of you who do not already know, TX Factor is a new online video broadcast feature amateur radio enthusiasts who are exploring the many aspects of the hobby through their productions.
Bob McCreadie (G0FGX) Mike Marsh (G1IAR) and Nick Bennett (2E0FGQ) who share a diverse range of experience in radio broadcasting, television and the music industry, all of whom share a very keen interest for amateur radio and are now hard at work putting new shows together on various topics for viewers enjoyment.
While the TX Factor is still in its early days many AR enthusiasts are still quite unaware that they exist, so please spread the word and draw others attention to their activities as they get their feet off the ground.
According to TX Factor episode 3 will air on Friday 16th May 2014 at 23.01 UTC and it appears at present there will be no broadcasts during April.
Fans of show might like to bookmark the TX Factor Youtube channel as an easy way of re-viewing episodes at a later date.

Launch of online amateur radio “TV” show, the TX Factor
This may come as good news to amateurs wanting a regular online TV style amateur radio program to watch as The TX Factor launches its first video show on the 21st of February 2014.
The TX Factors presenters are Bob McCreadie G0FGX, Mike Marsh G1IAR and Nick Bennett 2E0FGQ who between them share a wide range of skills and knowldge in amateur radio as well as TV and radio broadcasting.
The next show airs on the 21st of February and an up to date schedule of shows is displayed on the TX Factor site along with notes for each show which describes the content of the program.
